주문은 언제, 어떻게 하나요?
When can I place an order?

주문은 매주 토요일에 오픈되어 수요일에 마감됩니다. 온라인 주문 링크를 통해 주문하실 수 있으며, 주문 마감 후에는 신선한 재료 준비가 시작됩니다.

Orders open every Saturday and close on Wednesday. Orders can be placed online. Once ordering closes, we begin preparing fresh ingredients for delivery.

주문 취소나 변경이 가능한가요?
Can I cancel or change my order?

주문 접수 후에는 취소 및 변경이 어렵습니다. 신선 식재료를 사용하여 준비되므로 양해 부탁드립니다.

Once an order is placed, cancellations or changes are not available, as meal kits are prepared fresh.

메뉴나 구성 변경이 가능한가요?
Can menu items or ingredients be modified?

개별 메뉴나 재료 변경은 어렵습니다. 모든 밀키트는 정해진 레시피와 구성으로 제공됩니다.

Menu items and ingredients cannot be modified. All meal kits are prepared according to set recipes.

배송은 언제 이루어지며, 정확한 시간을 선택할 수 있나요?
When will my meal kit be delivered, and can I choose a delivery time?

모든 주문은 월요일 오후 4시–8시 사이에 배송됩니다. 개별 배송 시간 선택은 어렵습니다.

All orders are delivered on Monday between 4:00–8:00 PM. Specific delivery times cannot be selected.

When will my meal kit be delivered?

주문 확인 이메일에 예정된 배송 날짜가 함께 안내됩니다.

아니요. HawaU 밀키트는 비대면 배송으로 진행됩니다. 배송 후에는 가능한 한 빠르게 수령해 주세요.

No. Delivery is contactless. Please bring your meal kit inside promptly after delivery.

Meal kits include fresh ingredients and are packed with ice packs to help maintain freshness. Please refrigerate promptly after delivery.

We currently deliver to select areas in Northern Virginia. If your address is unavailable at checkout, delivery is not yet supported in your area.

모든 HawaU 밀키트는 2–3인분 기준으로 준비됩니다.

Each HawaU Meal Kit is designed to serve 2–3 adults.

Are the meals fully cooked?

메뉴에 따라 조리 상태가 다를 수 있으며, 각 밀키트에는 해당 메뉴에 맞는 조리 안내서가 함께 제공됩니다. 안내서에 따라 간단한 데우기 또는 마무리 조리를 진행해 주세요.

Cooking requirements vary by menu. Each meal kit includes item-specific instructions, which may involve reheating or light finishing. Please follow the instructions provided for each dish.

밀키트는 얼마나 보관할 수 있나요?
How long can I store my meal kit?

밀키트는 배송 후 냉장 보관 시 3–5일 이내 섭취를 권장드립니다.
신선한 재료로 준비되므로 가급적 빠르게 드시는 것이 가장 좋습니다.

Please refrigerate immediately and enjoy within 3–5 days of delivery for best quality.

냉동 보관이 가능한가요?
Can the meals be frozen?

일부 메뉴는 냉동 보관이 가능하지만, 신선하게 드시는 것을 가장 권장드립니다. 냉동 시 식감이나 맛이 달라질 수 있습니다. 냉동을 원하실 경우, 배송 후 1–2일 이내에 냉동 보관해 주세요.

Some items can be frozen; however, for the best quality and flavor, we recommend enjoying the meals fresh. Freezing may affect texture or taste. If you plan to freeze, do so within 1–2 days of delivery.
